- Fixed an error where dois were not identified during indexing.
- Indexing, until v1.04_beta, could not recognize pdf files ending with
'.PDF'. From this version, this recognition is case insensitive.
- This is just a bug fix and does not warrant a new version, but
making a new version is the easiest way (for me) of letting users know
of this fix.
